Message	sub and my 2 home-made 10" Rockfords had different results. We both chaulked up the better sound of my home-mades to the fact that I have 2 subs to his 1 JL. *shrug* I just built the basic 1/2" MDF, sealed/screwed, sized to meet Rockford specs...etc.
